Our Terms and Conditions
Orders from this website will be either supplied directly by ourselves or supplied by one of our retail partners.
On making a purchase, if you are taken to a retailer partners website then they will take payment via their checkout system and your contract is with them. Please do take time to read their terms and conditions before making any purchase. They will also be responsible for any assistance with the order or returns and will help with any problems.
If in your order process you are not taken to a retail partners website then we have stocks of the items and will deal with the order directly (payment via Google checkout). In this case, please read our terms and conditions below as they apply to you:
Refunds and Cancellations
We know that you will be pleased with items bought from us but there could be occasions when you will need to return items to us or cancel orders.
If you wish to cancel your order:
(a) you can notify us by email to support@layz-spa.co.uk before we have dispatched the goods to you. It can take up to 4 hours before an email is sent to you to notify that goods have been sent so they could already have been dispatched and it is too late to cancel; or
(b) where goods have already been dispatched to you, please read the section “If you have changed your mind”
Items Damaged in Transit
Please inform us of any damage within 7 days of receipt. If the items are visibly damaged on delivery, please sign the carrier’s delivery note accordingly. Please contact support@layz-spa.co.uk for help.
Items Faulty on Arrival
If your items arrive faulty on delivery, you have 28 days in which to let us know of the fault. Please bear in mind that most faults can be resolved by reading the manual, ensuring that the water is to the waterline within the spa or by changing the filter. Please contact the support desk for further help and assistance - they are also able to arrange exchange of faulty parts. If after contacting the support desk the issue remains (within the 28 days of delivery), then the items can be returned direct to to us. Please email rma@layz-spa.co.uk to inform us of the return. Items should be returned in their original packaging complete with all accessories and documentation. Once we have verified the fault, we will issue a replacement or full refund to you and reimburse your reasonable return carraige costs. We test all returned items, and if a returned item is found not to be faulty by our technicians we will return the items to you, and this instance you will be liable for the return carriage.
Items Faulty in Warranty Period
For faults after 28 days of receipt, please contact the support desk for dedicated help from product specialists. Contact details are to be found here.
If you change your mind
If you have simply changed your mind about any product ordered and you wish to return it then you can do so, in line with the Distance Selling Regulations (DSR), provided you inform us by email to support@layz-spa.co.uk within 10 calendar days of receipt. The items must not be used and be “as new” when returned. Once you have informed us that you wish to return the goods under the DSR, you have 28 calendar days to do so. The return carriage is at your own expense. Once the goods are received back, our technicians will check over the return, to confirm unused etc, and we will then issue a refund.
It is the customers responsibility to ensure that any returns are received by us. Please insure and ensure that a signature is obtained on delivery.
If an item goes out of stock, we will keep you informed of the expected delivery date and you are entitled to cancel if you so wish.
Contracts between ourselves are not confirmed or binding until your order is dispatched.
Prices on our website include VAT and delivery to most of the mainland UK. We do not ship outside the UK.
Deliveries
All orders will be dispatched as soon as possible.
Deliveries are usually made within 2-3 working days but please allow up to 5 working days. Signature will be required on delivery.
Where prices include delivery, this shall cover deliveries in England, Wales and areas south of Glasgow in Scotland.
Delivery north of Glasgow, Northern Ireland and any other offshore islands are by quotation. The decision of areas that are inclusive is made by our couriers and will will let you know of any extra fees as we process orders.
